Guatemalan, Huehuetenango ($5.49/lb.)
A strictly hard bean coffee grown high in the Huehuetenango highlands of western Guatemala. It is simply a superb coffee, very aromatic, lively and bright. Perfectly balanced with rich citric notes and a heavy smoky body. A great coffee to have with your favorite morning pastries.
Colombian Supremo, Huila ($5.49/lb.)
Long gone are the days of Juan Valdez, his trusty burro and Colombian coffee in a can. Today Colombia is one of the world's leading exporters of specialty coffee. Huila Supremo is noted for its good acidity balanced with a full body and aroma. Distinguishing sweet, creamy taste and mouth feel make this a great varietal.
Mexican, Chiapas ($5.49/lb.)

rown in the southern most part of Mexico in the Sierra Madre mountains, this beautiful bean has a sweet, smooth body, mild acidity and rustic nuttiness. An excellent brew, zippy, well balanced and clean. This coffee is also certified by the rain forest alliance.
Panama, Hartman Estate ($5.95/lb.)
This
bird-friendly coffee grows under a forest canopy located in the Boquette region on the slopes of Mount Baru in northern Panama. This wonderful coffee has the aroma of berries and citrus blossoms, crisp sweet acidity, solid body and complex fruity flavor with undertones of chocolate. Another great breakfast coffee, especially good with sugary pastries.
Brazil, Serrado, Yellow Bourbon ($5.49/lb.)
Serrado farm is located in the region of Carmo de Minus one of the best growing regions in the area. Roasted light to bring out the citric aroma and pleasant acidity in the cup. Coupled with a full body and the taste of sweet chocolate and nuts make this coffee great with all kinds of pairings.

A blend of some of the world’s finest coffees, roasted in the Northern Italian style. A rich, full body with smooth, sweet, nutty flavors makes it a very well rounded blend. This blend is a real crowd pleaser and good with just about any food paring.

Dark, caramel and smoky flavored, this mild bodied French roast combines coffees from Central and South America. Try this brew with your favorite desserts like chocolate cake or vanilla ice cream.

A blend of dark and light roasted Central American coffees. The dark roast lends richness and a slight smoky character and the light roast adding a fruity, floral taste. A perfect blend to have with your favorite breakfast on a relaxing weekend morning.
Morning Lift ($5.49/lb.)
A blend of a dark French and light roasted South American coffees. Big bodied with smoky, nutty and slightly earthy flavors. Pronounced smoky, floral aroma and mild acidity balance out this blend. This is the perfect blend for those cold mornings around a campfire or relaxing in front of your fireplace.
Rush Hour ($5.49/lb.)
Not for the timid, we developed this blend for one reason — caffeine! Roasting to a lighter profile gives this coffee some real caffeine punch. Low in acidity, with a nutty, creamy taste and medium body, Rush Hour is a great coffee for those early morning commutes or long road trips.
Hawaiian Blend ($8.45/lb.)
This is an outstanding blend of some of Hawaii’s finest beans blended with a great Central American coffee. It has a bright, complex taste, rich, full body and floral, citric aroma. Like the warm trade winds, it is enjoyable anytime.

Naturally Farmed Peruvian ($6.95/lb.)
This coffeeis grown high on the eastern slopes of the Andes mountain range. Peru is rapidly becoming one of South Americas most prized growing regions. This coffee has a wonderful flowery aroma with a medium body and light acidity. The sweet, floral flavor makes this coffee perfect anytime.
Naturally Farmed Costa Rican, La Amistad ($6.95/lb.)
This coffee is grown in the southern most part of Costa Rica bordering the La Amistad International Park. It has been harvested by the same families for decades. Noted for its complex, clean vibrant taste, rich body and wonderful floral aroma. A perfect morning coffee served with your favorite pastries.
Naturally Farmed Ethiopian ($6.50/lb.)
Ethiopia is known as the birth place of coffee. Grown on the high plateaus of Ethiopia, much of this coffee is still picked by hand from wild trees giving this coffee its unique taste and appearance. Ethiopian is like no other, its unrivaled winey, fruity taste with a rich creamy body and buttery aftertaste. With the fragrance of wild berries and earthy undertones you can enjoy a cup on aroma alone.

A wonderful medium roast blend that combines the finest Central and South American coffees. This blend is noted for its bright acidity and rich smooth body. A sweet taste with hints of citrus and spices rounded out with the floral aroma of coffee blossoms.

We use a combination of Central and South American beans to produce this wonderful French Roast. A rich, spicy, smoky taste is coupled with a chocolaty aroma and heavy body making this a great coffee to serve with your favorite desserts.

Italian Inspired Espresso ($6.10/lb.)
Roasted in the fashion of Northern Italy, this espresso is a wonderful blend of beans from around the world. This combination produces a rich, full body with an aggressive nutty, bittersweet flavor. Great aroma and thick creamy crema make it perfect for lattes, mochas or on its own.
Estate Espresso Supreme ($6.10/lb.)
This espresso is created in the fashion of the Pacific Northwest, blending dark roast with lighter roasts, touching many flavor aspects. The dark roast lends a heavy initial taste followed by the rich, creamy finish of the light roasts. Perfect for a cappuccino for European visitors or lattes for your everyday customers. We use some of Colombia’s finest Supremos in this decaf Colombian. It has a rich full flavor, mild body and light acidity.
Water Processed Decaf Italian Roast ($6.95/lb.)
This large bean decaf truly makes a great cup of coffee. Sweet, spicy taste, mild body and a beautiful floral aroma make this the perfect decaf for coffee lovers.

A dark roasted blend of South and Central American decaf coffees. Rich smoky taste with bittersweet undertones, mild body and full, smoky aroma.
Decaf Espresso ($6.25/lb.)
A blend of Central and South American decaf coffees are used in this espresso blend. Excellent body with nutty undertones and it produces a great crema. This blend makes such wonderful shots you won’t even know it is decaf.
